CHAPTER 2
FAKE BODY GUARD
HITMAN
That guy was the president’s bodyguard. I laughed and asked, “How can you say that he is the one?”
“See all the pictures. In every picture of every meeting, there are four bodyguards. But during the speech day, only he was there. It means he killed the rest of them, and the president doesn’t even know about this. Still not sure? Then look at the picture outside the speech hall—he has a knife in his side pocket. But during the speech, he doesn’t. That means he killed them with that knife. And if you’re still not sure, wait a few minutes and watch the TV.”
I turned on the TV, and yes, I saw the news: three bodyguards were dead, and the fourth was missing. I took my rifle, sniper, and pistol. I drove my car at full speed toward the president’s place but didn’t enter because I saw tire marks outside. I followed those marks and soon saw that guy. I took out my rifle and shot at his car’s tire, which made his car crash, and he fell down.
Soon the police arrived. There was a guy named Hancy, a good officer, who directly tried to arrest me. But I showed him my hitman card. He smiled and asked, “Will you kill him or let him go with us?”
I replied, “Ask him here or there—he will not tell you.”
He was shocked and asked, “Why?”
“You have exactly 10 minutes before the assassin goes up that construction site to kill this bodyguard.”
“What will you do then?” he asked.
I smiled. “Don’t you see I’m arranging my sniper?”
Soon I targeted one of the floors, and guess what—I was right. He was there, setting up his gun. But that motherfucker saw my sniper through his lens. His eyes widened. I smiled and shot him. Then I left.
I reached home and saw Albert smoking his cigar. He told me, “See, he is dead. Don’t watch movies—it was obvious.” But then he noticed a bullet had hit my leg. He was shocked and asked what happened. I told him the whole story.
